![]() ![]() Everyone else just uses other channels to share their stuff. Why would you need to share things using nothing but Drive? This seems like one of those things where they somehow didn't get to talk to any other team or where forced to build their entire infrastructure as a duplicate (as evidenced by the spam filter). The way to permanently share new files is to share a folder (or a Sharepoint for enterprise) and then put new files in there. All I can think of is sending a link to someone else via other channels that will then show "Download" and "Add to my OneDrive". I don't think you can just put stuff in someone elses OneDrive. I have not had one instance of abusing the OneDrive sharing feature and it's not something I ever even conceived of but it makes sense since you can put anyone's email address into the share pane. Is Microsoft even doing anything though? Or is there a difference in OneDrive? I can't think of a single instance of "OneDrive spam". However OneDrive handles this, Google should do that. ![]()
